I had started crossing the road and this guy revved his Airsea Packing van, stalled and then drove at me, passing me before I could move out of the way, almost killing me. You can see from the photos he's high or not psychologically sound to recognise what he had just done. Police report made and employers informed.

Mate, it doesn't matter what company you work for, nor does it matter what they say in their mission statement. The moment you get humans involved, well, things happen along the way. Look at the biggest delivery firms or the biggest, most proficient films in any trade..you cannot guarantee everything will go smoothly regardless of your desire to enlist only the best staff. That also includes management and senior management..

Perhaps there's some CCTV footage? Can you also describe the place you crossed? What I mean is, were you at a designated crossing point? Was the traffic stationary? Did anyone "wave you on"? I am not seeking to justify dangerous driving and yes, even if a pedestrian makes a mistake, I understand and accept they have ultimate priority.
Anyway, I hope it gets sorted out. Doesn't sound like a nice experience - hope you are alright now.
