That parking is so bad it looks deliberate. Only reason I can see someone parking like that is due to an emergency..a sane rational person wouldn't stay there for 1/2 hour just for the hell of it and refuse to move.

Aggressive, threatening, abusive. Claims to be a driving instructor - blocked me in / the actual road and refused to move. I missed my hospital appointment as they blocked the road for over half an hour. Used my private driveway for no doubt cash in hand driving lessons. Will call the police is I see them again - SW16.
