the video is on a facebook group, showing the woman walking up to a parked vehicle, pulling a knife out of her pocket and putting deep scratches in the paintwork. When challenged by the occupant of the vehicle, she walked off saying she didn't have a knife and didn't do anything.

Just watched a video of this woman, damaging the paintwork of a parked vehicle with a knife. What a horrible nasty piece of shit! Fortunately the owner was in the back of the vehicle and recorded her getting the knife out and scratching the bodywork.
Hopefully the police will be made aware of this and find the woman, she is obviously mentally ill and needs sorting out.
