Why this website won't let you log registrations that are 3 letters, the numbers followed by a single letter I don't know. Surely it's a simple fix.
Reg was actually SOF1E.

Not sure why you're trying to tell me what it is when you weren't even there & didn't see it. What result does S0FIE bring up when you search it?
Or how about trying what I said it is - SOF1E. Letter S, Letter O, Letter F, Number 1, Letter E.

That's because it's not a registered number plate... The plate your looking for is 'S0 FIE' (S zero fie) it's a northern Irish plate, unlike the rest of the UK they can contain the letter i as well as the number 1
