VW Scirocco turns takes a left corner and goes for it. Overtakes at around the park entrance and reaches St Bede's Colleage 12sec later. A distance of 350m. This gives an approx average speed of 65mph in a 30mph zone.
Driver then proceeds to tailgate.
Reported to Greater Manchester Police who confirm car is not currently insured.
