This guy exceeding the speed limit, using wrong lanes to overtake at traffic lights, jumping red at lights, overtaking when dangerous, going round central reservations, overtaking someone when they were trying to turn right. Finally forcing his way past a learner driver. Total scum... and apparently no MOT
