This Red Ford Kuga takes a child to school in Billericay, she regularly parks on the schools crossing obstructing safe crossing for the young children. On 8.9.17 she pulled up with two wheels on footpath on the zig zag lines 'keep clear school no stopping' causing congestion over a T junction, and obstructing footpath. Opening her drivers door without looking nearly taking out a child and parent, and a mother pushing a pram. Claims it's ok I am disabled, sorry but I have to drop my daughter. She abuses her blue badge parking permit which she thinks makes her above the law. Chelmsford County Council she review her entitlement. Unfortunately I don't have photos, but next time I will be ready, enough is enough.
