An absaloulty vial woman who thinks its fine to drive along the middle of 2 lanes in order to block traffic from passing her! I managed to squeeze past only to be greeted with a barrage of language and abuse... I just had to name and shame her

No. There was no prior altercation or any tailgating involved? The road was going from 3 lanes down to 2, however the lanes were not merging for around another 100 meters so anyone wanting to use the 3rd lane was entitled to do so. She positioned her car across 2 lanes and refused to move over, holding up a que of traffic behind her.
