Witnessed terrible dangerous driving by this vehicle in Peterborough. Saw him almost run a car off the road. Extremely dangerous and put other road users at risk. It's a white van with GENESIS TEXTILE RECYCLING sign written on it. The mentality of this driver is worrying, absolute idiot.
