p.s. Oh, I see that well-known cyclist-hating troll aka 'Sean Sean' is on YT again, saying the cyclist was the one doing the bad over-taking not the car.
Clearly fielding for conflict I see again, Sean. This is the same troll who likes to discriminate against all cyclists simply because they are on two wheels and pedal. Very clever and mature aren't you..no wonder countless channels block old Sean, and the number seems to be getting bigger all the time..
Alas as with nutters on the road, do not entertain trolls. Just block them. I'll listen to reason whether someone disagrees with me or not, but trolls I can't stand. They are not here to help but to hinder - bye bye Sean (how many times is this now?).

I think you have a point with the initial over-take. It was on a bend, right on the approach to a roundabout..they should not be over-taking there and should afford you more room.
Perhaps they assumed you'd join the shared use facility? Even if they did, they were in the wrong.
But after that point all I can say is mate, beware of red myst syndrome. You under-took at the roundabout and you gave verbal. The worst thing you can do in this situation in my opinion, because not only do you lose control but it might affect any complaint you make to the police.
The driver was also going fast, it seems - stay away as best you can. Your life is too important to argue the toss with someone who can't drive.
