I am a relatively new Parking Enforcement Officer and not the most trendy of people but this lady seemed to be willing to try anything. I'm being observed by a senior member of staff and I caught this woman parked In a disabled bay without a badge, She was also smoking inside her vehicle with a child in the back so this was deemed serious enough of an offence for the store manager to point her out.
Excuse being that she was waiting for a friend outside Duke Street, Tesco in Chelmsford. And I, following what my job is, ticketted her and outlined why. I should have reported the offence of smoking with a child to the police but my job was my job. She pleaded with me she would struggle to pay as "business is not going well" and I felt sorry for her. I knew what I had to do though as there are cameras present and I would have probably got sacked if I hadn't.
She then, after realising I was nearly done typing it in to my machine stubbed out her cigarette and gave me the eyes, leaning forward against the door so her chest was bulging at me asking if there were other methods of payment she would accept.
I'm not going to lie, I would have gladly exploded all over them - if it were not for the fact I could tell she was shemale. Shame really, I only noticed before I finished...
