This has been posted repeatedly. The lorry driver is not at fault this juntion is a very wide single lane the blue car entered into a lane that doesn't exist.

Also a timely reminder to inexperienced cyclists: stay BACK. No, I am not yet another troll hating on cyclists (I cycle), but this video shows a vehicle..a metal cage that may give you limited protection. On a bike you stand no chance. None. If you're too thick and selfish to heed this advice - even if you do it just because you are "in the right" so to speak - then you will have yourself to blame if or when you get flattened like a pancake. It happens. Just stay back.
