Here we have a taxi driver with a blue Ford Mondeo Zetec TDCI. Hackney Carriage 219, licensed with Mid Suffolk District, who likes to pull out in front of other drivers who have right of way.
This video shows you one incident that happened in the car park of ASDA in Ipswich and below the video is a comment from someone else who encounter this taxi driver do a similar manoeuvre (pulling out in front of a car that has right of way) and this time caused a collision, before driving off without leaving his details (which is of course illegal).

This video is from a couple of years ago now so the taxi driver may have changed his car by now but there was another report posted a year ago as a comment on the above video which says...
This same guy hit me on Friday in Queens Way, Ipswich. Same thing he pulled out of a road on my left his right never gave way.
Got out looked at my bumper, said I'll give you twenty quid of course I told him what I thought and he drove off!!
Typed number plate into Google and this came up he needs to be taken off the road :-(
