Black Ford. Driving across lanes of motorway, weaving in and out of cars forcing others to break. Changing lanes every 5 seconds, not even indicating. Woman in passenger seat even smirked at me whilst driver cut in front. Would have called the police was I not driving. No idea how this idiot is still allowed in a car
