We witnessed absolutely appalling driving by this vehicle today. As above, undertaking from the wrong lane whenever possible, and tailgating every car in sight. In the end an Audi in front of him got sick of the tailgating & drove slowly. In the end this car tried to overtake on a 30 mph road in Bruntsfield, with oncoming traffic. He tried this 3 times almost causing accidents at every time, then eventually pushed his way next to the Audi, but was unable to undertake in the constant stream of traffic. My husband and I were gobsmacked at the driving of this car. I've never before seen such reckless driving in person. He was very lucky not to cause an accident and in the end clipped his wingmirror by going too close to a parked car in an attempt to undertake the Audi. Dreadful.

I was driving back from Penicuik to Edinburgh and stopped at traffic lights at the IKEA turn, by the big ASDA. This junction has multiple lanes - I was the 1st car in the middle lane and there was nothing in the right only lane outside me. As the lights changed and I started to move a car flew past the outside of me (i.e. the right turn only lane), narrowly missing taking half my side with him, before veering into my lane and speeding off. I blasted the horn and flashed the lights, as you do. He was going well over the speed limit though so I only caught him up at the lights before the bypass. I then had to follow this appalling driver through Edinburgh with him undertaking at almost every opportunity. The driver was a young white male and he had a female passenger (long hair, flowery top). The car was a Honda Hybrid CRZ in blue. I was tempted to report to the police, but given my experience doing this it generally isn't worth the effort.
