Hope BMW driver is charged with dangerous driving. If you didn't call the police remember next time the police will only deal/attend if any injury has occurred so make sure you hurt something and call for an ambulance and police.
These muppets need to be dealt with properly - not just by insurance companies
And no I'm not advocating insurance claims/compo I'm advising this because too many twats on the road are getting away with murder (so to speak) - unless you are a tv/radio personality or similar then action is taken it seems.

I was at a red light in my Alpha Romeo 159. I had just had a new clutch fitted so the car was prone to stalling. When the lights turned green I did stall but I started my car up again straight away and before I pulled away A WANKER BWW X6 DRIVER HIT ME FROM THE BACK DOING 40MPH and shunted my vehicle a good couple of feet past the traffic lights. Why the fuck would you be speeding and not slowing down if there's a stationary car at a traffic light? Both me and my pregnant girlfriend were injured long term.
