Yes i have reported it to the police, and i think its a bit too late to not deal with his insurance. I have already tried to make them admit liability several times without joy. I am completely new to the claim world. I havent been involved in anything before now. As it stands he is denying liability, his insurance company have repaired his car but mine is still sat on the driveway.

I get cut up probably once a day. It happens, just keep calm and continue to drive. You cant have roadrage with someone who cuts you up. I wasnt giving it large.

I know I shouldnt have cut him up. It was a mistake. But just because i cut him up it doesnt give him any right whatsoever to make contact with my car. Let alone deliberately ram it. Sure swear at me but you cant just go around ramming people cause they cut you up.

This is the damage to my car. There is also an arm bent underneath and i now have an esp warning light on. This guy has caused me a considerable amount of stress.

I cut this guy up at a roundabout which was stupid i know what happened next is insane.
He chased me 9 miles ended up cornering me in a cul de sac. Then proceeded to try and put my window through and rammed my car several times. To top it all off he is now lying to his insurers and the police about the whole incident. What a guy!!!!!

Also ask any people that live alone the roads in question, if they have any CCTV and/or would be willing to provide a witness statement. Get a solicitor as well - have zero dealings with the other party.
