This dickhead was speeding along Glentworth Road West (20 zone) faster than traffic on Westgate (30 zone) but had to wait at the Northgate end to exit. After the shrimp roundabout he sped up behind me on Broadway and tailgated until he turned off along Stuart Avenue.
There was a high visibility jacket on the passenger seat so he may work for LCC going around Lancashire if he has been seen in Fleetwood too.
Definitely a dickhead on wheels. Does he think he has authority with a high visibility jacket?
