This idiot overtook and cut back in at a crossing island where he had no room to do so, causing a near collision to me completely adhering to the highway code driving, at 30 mph past the crossing. Completely dangerous and tail gating. Take his licence away! He should've hit the barriers and been buried 6 foot under!
