I watched this video without first reading the title or description so was shocked to discover that the BMW was an unmarked police car! That is terrible driving and must be reported to the police as it's unacceptable (even if they don't do anything because he's one of them). Stopping in a live lane like that for a non emergency was also dangerous and inconsiderate to other motorists. This police officer thinks he is above the law and needs to be taken down a peg or two.
