The driver of this tractor was not looking behind as he reversed towards me. I had very few options to avoid being run over or hit by the hedge trimmer. The driver was very unapologetic and even rude when i remonstrated with him about his actions:

This needs reporting to the police and council
There was no way that tractor driver was looking where he was going whilst reversing
I doubt the argument that ensued will be needed or challenged but wtf - that tractor driver needs IMHO his operators licence revoking until he's passed an enhanced test
