Driver scraped his way along the rear of my car and drove off. It was all captured on dashcam but he was illegaly displaying his number plate on his own dashboard so you couldn't read it on the video. His insurers are currently claiming "there's lots of white vans" and won't accept liability even though you can hear me reading the number plate on the audio track
