Just saw this car driving over 60mph on a small residential road where I live. Almost caused an accident with a moped!!

This driver is a young asian male. Overtaking cars and braking VERY hard infront of them. Acting violent to other drivers gwtting out his car and physically fighting with anybody that doesnt let him infront them. Police have been informed this man is a danger to public safety.
