Scum in a van. No tax, drive at over 100 and dangerously. I have reported them to the Police and if anyone in the Bristol or on the M5 see them, call the Police as they are constantly breaking the law.

Absolute bell end. Flew around the main Exeter M5 roundabout so fast he almost lost it. Cared nothing for any other driver as he shot from lane to lane narrowly missing at least 3 other vehicles. Needs to be sorted.
