As a former keen cyclist and a human being I make these few observations
Cyclist is a sarcastic twat sometimes - yes he's flippant
Cyclist can ride two abreast - copper is a dickhead who needs educating or retiring
But on a fast road I would never consider riding two abreast even though it's allowed but that's me
