White male driving with brown hair. He was holding his phone IN HIS HAND while driving on the MOTORWAY. No wonder he was doing roughly 55mph and veering around the lane. Wish I had a video to prove it and I hope he doesn’t kill some innocent person one day. Such a disgusting disregard for everyone else on the road.
