Reports of this car allegedly loitering around Great Bridge, Tipton, West Midlands. 4 male occupants. Two left vehicle and were looking in cars to see if the the keys were left in.. this includes a vehicle in which there was a child waiting for their parent to come back.
Anyone who see's this going on call the police - get them on film as well. Share it. Sick of lowlife thinking they can do what they want.
