As I was approaching the mini roundabout in Wrea Green from the Bryning area, I saw F2RVP going rather fast the other side of the duck pond coming from the Lytham area.
I was about to get to the roundabout when he suddenly accelerated even more to barge out in front of me and continued towards Ribby Hall.
