The driver of this vehicle obviously has zero consideration for anyone else;
- Parked partially blocking the entrance to a car park
- Parked beside a bin area therefore blocking pedestrians
- Parked opposite a vehicle therefore creating traffic issues
Anyone know the driver as I can see quite a few comments about their behaviour here?

Urgh. It has got rid of the hideous black vw and now the pleb parks a tacky red evoque outside my house.
Time to put some shreds of glass along the kerb until I can get hold of a clamp.

Everyday this obese pleb parks their VW SUV outside my house across my driveway in Wilby to drop her kids off at the school around the corner.
There is plenty of parking only 100 yards away and a short walk would probably do her and the kids the world of good given the size each one of them.
I will post a picture of these inconsiderate slobs the next time they block me in.
I'm almost tempted to clamp her ....

Also state that on this road there are people with health issues, and naturally their vehicle will be obstructing them in the event they require urgent attention.

Is there a car on your drive? If there isn't I'm afraid there's nothing one can do as they are not breaking the law; the only exception is if they are causing an obstruction to traffic flow, or pedestrians using the pavement including kids trying to cross.
What I would recommend is leaving a note on their wind-screen saying they are blocking people from "coming and going" and that as mentioned there is plenty of parking elsewhere. Do not say it's affecting you only - say the whole road is fed up of it. Say the tenants are also "pursuing" talks with the council and school.
And please nobody make any threats implied or otherwise. Always try the firm but fair approach and see where it goes rather than going in with all guns blazing.

Amazing, just got cut up by this cunt in Kettering. Chav plate is now on a gay blue coloured soft roader Jaguar. Arsehole has changed car but not their driving style which is appalling. How you haven’t caused a fatal yet is beyond me.
