Its not so much the driver of the Porsche, its the idiot who is taking the video doing 30-35 and holding everybody else up on the road is more likely to cause the accident.

The person filming doesn't appear to be holding everybody else up. The Porsche driver overtook not one but several cars and almost collided with oncoming traffic (the car with the lights on). There is no way the Porsche driver would have been able to see whether or not the over-take was safe.

I know this round very well and use every week. It's a 1 to 2 mile strate section of Rd. With one farm house. It has great view as you come down the hill towards Buxton of the Rd. It just seems like he was making a safe overtake of spaced out trafic. The person with the camera and sounding the horn don't know what's that about. There is a problem with weekend joy riders on some of the roads near us going 100+ in 40 mph speed limits.
