He would not stop even though we did.
it was a very scary event and this driver should not be on the road. We have contacted fosters and they have explained it is just advertising their brand not an employee.
I have no where to go bar the police to investigate this. Why would someone behave in this manner?.

I didnt report to police as i tried getting hold of company first. Then carried on with our family trip and got worried that we would be in trouble for not reporting straight away. Nothing sinister. We were the wronged party. I am not putting a claim in for the insurance as its not worth my premium going up. So i have to pay damages myself
