There's a little known law that exempts minicabs from all traffic offences. The only people who know about this are minicab drivers it seems.

It is a minicab that just drove the wrong side of some bollards and turned right into one way traffic going in the wrong direction. I am not sure if there were passengers in but a car travelling the right way stopped it and it reversed back across a zebra crossing and went the correct way round
