Their views have been challenged, and countered with facts and reason. They can respond in kind or they can show the true form of a piss-ignorant moron. It's upto them, but their "advice" is based on nothing more than a spiteful, outdated, illegal and dangerous mind-set that is neither wanted nor welcomed in a civil society where all road users are treated equally and fairly.

Let us not forget also the failure to comprehend (that means read and understand) road traffic laws/rules
Not going to say your passenger was belligerent because that could be deemed offensive to real belligerent people but his finger pointing technique does show signs that Darwin's theory of evolution hasn't quite made the mark in your passengers ancestral heritage.

Learn to drive and show more respect for people's welfare. Your little friend in the passenger seat should also take an attitude check - wouldn't be surprised if both of you have got previous.
I'll make is abundantly clear for you, in terms simple enough even for you to hopefully understand. IF you are unwilling to share the roads as required, don't use them. It's that simple. There's already enough injury, death and inconvenience on our roads without moronic attitudes likes your's adding to it.

Why did you have to take that position on the road going through the lights? Keep left! Ample room for you and other vehicles. By taking the centre of the road you are purposefully impeding others and you damn well know it will annoy other road users.....
