Driver parked in the only available disabled bay outside school - left his car for 30 minutes. I saw 3 disabled drivers needing to drive past, unable to park. Shocking :-(

I understand where you're coming from with this comment, many times I've clocked perfectly healthy folk blocking disabled bays when they don't have a blue badge or any disabled passengers. However I have to say that just because it is a learner vehicle doesn't mean they're a) not a disabled driving instructor (yes, they can still be an instructor as long as they have a medical - I know as it's a career path I considered a couple of years ago), or b) picking up a disabled learner; I can see the vehicle is automatic which many physically disabled people have to learn in.
Maybe if they'd have returned and obviously not needed the space for themselves or a disabled learner they were picking up it would be fair to complain. Personally, I wouldn't have put it on here unless I knew the full story.
