Kirkham Dowbridge Oxford Drive
This driver comes speeding up behind me in Kirkham which is a 20 zone and hoots at me for not going faster (he was doing about 30). He tailgates me for not going any faster until I got to the 30 zone when I accelerated. After going down Dowbridge I saw him go into Oxford Drive.
