Extremely dangerous driver, undertaking and cutting up several drivers and tailgating within a foot or so - I've never seen it done this badly before. Clearly played a bit too much GTA last night. Witnessed on the A31 between Guildford and Farnham on 6th Feb 2018, about 8:30am.
