From experience Nottinghamshire Police are one of the many forces who are stuck in the 80's (unlike West Mids and a few others)
They ill do nothing because a police officer didn't see the RLJ
Yes I know you have video evidence but clearly you must have edited the video in such a high standard that you superimposed the actual offence and at the same time with your artistic talent made this incident invisible to Nottinghamshire Police officers... yes you deserve an Oscar and maybe an MBE
Now you are going to tell me "Well they use speed cameras, CCTV (including business/personal) to catch criminals and use in court" but you forgot one thing, my friend, it would mean extra work for them.
Now you are going to tell me "But the revenue from all the fines and the reduction in accidents will pay for most of the work and benefit society" and I'll say "wake up, wake up you are dreaming"
No there is no point contacting Paddy Tipping - he is only there to protect the Human Rights of the criminal and ensure that what the police do is cost effective to keep your city (Labour controlled) / county (Tory controlled) council tax bill low - like burglary...they will only attend if you tell them someone is there now - they might send PCSO in a day or two if you've returned to find your home ransacked
