When you're driving out of a car park, you should be looking out of the window, not typing on your phone. If what you are doing on the phone is so important, you could do it while parked (in the car park).
I saw your car creeping forward. I saw you staring at your phone. You clearly were not about to depart properly, and you were blocking the footpath. So I walked past at a safe distance - if you were looking. You weren't looking, so I had to slap your bonnet to get you to realise that you were about to run me over.
Entirely your fault. I could see your phone for all of the 10 seconds leading up to the slap. I could see your face. Look where you are going.
And when someone calls you out on your inattentiveness, don't spend the next 100 yards ON the road (when you finally pull out) glaring at a pedestrian. LOOK out of your fucking windscreen.
