Why is this top of worst driver of the month so far? Doesn't even show any driving. Must try harder.

Anon, this is actually a video however I just took screenshots from the video. Nothing happened, apart from what the photos show.

I don't mean to go on, but this is why I always say use a video camera. Yes a still image can sometimes be useful, but it seldom tells the full story..

No date stamp on photo. Nothing to show vehicle in traffic or that vehicle in motion.

Tax may have been purchased in any case but not updated on system?

Just looks like a parked car to me.

It was a car in traffic. I was stood still the entire time. If you really want, I'll upload the video.

Despite the treacherous snowy conditions this morning, this driver still found it acceptable to use their phone whilst driving in traffic. Also have discovered that the tax has expired recently so this vehicle shouldn't even be on the road.

What do you mean I'm not real? Of course I'm real. Whilst the engine is running, you should (must) not be using your phone at all. It's the law. It's a distraction whether you're checking navigation or not. If you need your phone for navigation, then you should use a mount, rather than holding your phone and not being in full control of the car.

you who put this up , are not real
The car was standing in traffic and there was no danger posed to other drivers.
Maybe she was lost and was looking at GPS for other directions!
