This twat thinks it’s a good idea to stop a turn into a side road when his car is in your lane and just sit there like a lemon instead. If it wasn’t for my reactions this would have been a nasty head-on collision. You should never have started to turn in if you can’t get out of the way in time! It’s all on dashcam and will be reported.
