Driver ambling along at 40 in a 60 holding up a line of traffic who were equally ambling along unable or to scared to overtake, you know the ones....
When I finally get behind the car he continues along at 40 when in a 30 limit, he left me while I stuck to the limit. Leaving the village I ended up behind him still doing his 40mph and I overtook to reveal the reason - an elderly chap who possible has never had an accident in his years of driving.... I spy a film opportunity - Speed 3, stuck at 40....
