This man was seen opening his car door on a lady today and refusing to take the blame. He also claimed he had medical conditions and being 92 should not have been allowed to drive. He caused damage to this ladies car who was kind enough to talk to him civally and he refused to own up blaming the wind for his car door blowing open. He was also parked on double yellow lines
