Quite simply if you think you should over-take there then you shouldn't be driving. It's clearly obvious there isn't sufficient passing distance; that there is oncoming traffic; a solid white line; brow of a hill; multiple junctions. Couldn't even stop after the startled cyclist came to a halt out of fear they were going to be flattened by the driver's horn-blowing antics. What part of treat people as equals and give vulnerable road users at least as much room as a car, don't you understand?

"FN14 LYG FN14LYG is tailgating me so I run through an amber light I would usually stop at the driver behind goes on through a red light. The entire time over the bridge the truck driver is tailgating and hits his horn a number of times, I slow to stop and talk with the driver making him aware a cyclist was killed in this very place by an overtaking truck for him to explain that he knows and is fully aware but doesn't care.
