That would most likely be a criminal offence (restricting access to a public highway), so the owner of the parked vehicle would have grounds to not only complain but also have you prosecuted. I know it might not seem fair but that's how the law see's it. And no, I am not justifying intentionally parking on someone's drive and not giving a shit..
