Why are you hogging the overtaking lane in the first place?! Highway code states you should not prevent others from over taking and should remain in the left lane unless overtaking. You clearly are not overtaking anyone as the road is clear ahead and for the other driver to undertake. wanna be police!

The roundabout just before is traffic light controlled
I've filtered to the front in front of Mr MGIF (FN17 ZVT)
The lights turn green and off we go but he shoots into the nearside lane whilst on the roundabout and then commences to undertake
Now please tell me how legally in a dual lane roundabout one is supposed to pick up the left hand lane when there is already a vehicle (Mr MGIF) already there?
