Complete pillock that blocked me from getting into my car on purpose.
Didn't even try and park within the lines. Completely inconsiderate - couldn't even get to my door.

I really dont think this warrants a picture nor rant on the internet? The driver has only just parked over the line. You could either open your door and force your way in, scraping the van in the process (which would be expected if you park like that) or just get in on the other site and crawl over. Not the end of the world.
