I see the biker trolls are out in force giving the sensible comments lots of negative marks. JT is correct, 28 mph is too fast to filter past a line of traffic when there in so little space and cutting up innocent drivers to overtake the Audi on the inside is unacceptable. Im not anti biker, I am anti idiot on the road.

I know the bike is allowed to filter, the higway code (Rule 88) says when filtering “take care and keep your speed low”. The bike’s speedo is clearly visible, he travelling at up to 28 mph, I would say this is not low speed. At the start of the video he drives over a turning lane, he then drives over chevrons ducking back onto the road to avoid islands, although non of these things are illegal in themselves, when executed at this speed it becomes “dangerous driving”.
I am not defending the Audi driver, we don’t know their intention, maybe they were going to turn right and then changed their mind, if it was purely an overtaking stunt then again, not illegal, but very arrogant and disrespectful to other drivers.
The biker cuts in front of other vehicles to get past the Audi causing the car behind to sound their horn; however annoying the Audi drivers actions are, he should have waited until it was safe to pass rather than “cut up” other innocent road users. He then has the barefaced cheek to berate the Audi driver for their poor judgment, as I said, Classic!

No JT, the bike is allowed to filter like this, as it was slow-moving traffic. The car isn't a bike, obviously. The car over-took when there was insufficient space, cutting up the other drivers in the already occupied lane and forcing them other drivers to take evasive action.

Looks like it, although I think the rider could have calmed down a bit. I think they made a bad situation worse. If anything had happened I think the police would have said they couldn't do much on account of the rider making rude hand gestures and swearing, shouting. This does not mean I am trying to defend the driver's impatient and dangerous actions.
