See if the driver finds it funny when we society puts a face to a real dick. By the looks of things it won't be hard, given that awful standard of driving. Should also be aware of what a public order offense is..it's when drivers and passengers like the one you allow and condone in your cage, get salty and think you can do what you want.
You passed too close and your attitude is dire. Learn to drive and respect other road users going about their lawful business, including cyclists. You don't have the right to use your car as a weapon.

the girl passenger called me a dick for no reason at all when i was cycling. I passed the car back again and left it in traffic half a mile later. No need for it at all. Driver found it funny.

Instant FAIL of a driving test - and for good reason. The roads are better off with people like that not using them. I wouldn't even trust them on one wheel let alone 4..
