This car drove very dangerously this morning on the East Lancs A580. Driving at the speed limit of 40mph this car undertook me in a bus lane, swerved in front of me and then into the third lane to then keep swapping and changing lanes. It's raining and dark this morning. This driver is an accident waiting to happen!

I see dozens doing this on the A580 every day on my commute. About time the police pulled a few of them up. they just end up waiting longer at the traffic lights after wasting fuel and looking light proper bellends. they don't seem to know what those signs mean with the black number inside a red circle.
