I don't know what this muppet was on, maybe drunk, he was all over the road, braking for no reason, accelerating towards stationary vehicles at a roundabout, wandering about 2 feet over the white line on a roundabout so I had to take avoiding action, as I was passing on a dual carriageway he started to accelerate to stop me passing but he forgot there was a car in front of him. This muppet is an accident waiting to happen.
